β οΈ Important: You need Administrator permissions on Access Evo to proceed.
For Access Messenger to be visible and functional for users, you'll need to permit access for them within the member section of Access Evo. You can do this one by one or in bulk.
There are two access level options available for users that you'll need to apply, as appropriate:
User: Basic user level to permit users ability to use Access Messenger.
Administrator: Top user level to permit ability to use Access Messenger and view all chats through message audit functionality.
Enable one user
To enable users one at a time, please follow these simple steps:
Click the members
icon.
Search for the desired user.
Click the three dots
on their name card, then click Manage Roles.Click the dropdown option next to Access Messenger and choose User or Administrator, as necessary.
Click Save changes.
Enable multiple users
To enable multiple users in bulk that require the same access level, please follow these steps:
Click the members
icon.
Search for the desired users and select the checkbox next to their names. Alternatively, you filter for specific users and click the add all to selection

icon in the filter bar.
Click Add, then click Assign product role.
Click into the Product dropdown options and choose Access Messenger.
Click into the Role dropdown options and choose User or Administrator, as necessary.
Click Assign, then click Apply.
