Enable user access via Access Evo

In this article, we explain how to permit access to Access Messenger for your users in Access Evo.

⚠️ Important: You need Administrator permissions on Access Evo to proceed.

Before users can use Access Messenger, you must enable access for them in the Members section of Access Evo. You can assign access to individual users or apply it in bulk, depending on your needs.

Access levels

Choose the appropriate access level for each user:

  • User: Allows users to access and use Access Messenger.

  • Administrator: Allows users to access Access Messenger and view all chats using message audit functionality.


Enable one user

To enable access for a single user, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the members icon.

  2. Search for the desired user.

  3. Click the three dots on the user's name card, then click Manage Roles.

  4. Use the dropdown next to Access Messenger to choose User or Administrator.

  5. Click Save changes.


Enable multiple users

To enable enable access for multiple users with the same role, follow these steps:

  1. Click the members icon.

  2. Search for users and select the checkbox next to each name.

    πŸ€“ Tip: You can also apply filters and click the add all to selection icon from the filter bar.

  3. Click Add, then click Assign product role.

  4. In the Product drop-down, click Access Messenger.

  5. In the Role drop-down, choose User or Administrator.

  6. Click Assign, then click Apply.
