You can securely log in to Access Messenger using your Access Evo credentials on both desktop and the mobile app.
If youβre having trouble signing in, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Check your username or email address is entered correctly.
Check your password is entered correctly.
π€ Tip: Use the eye icon to reveal your password to check for accuracy.
Ask an Administrator to check your account is set up correctly with roles applied for Access Evo and Access Messenger, as required.
Reset your password
If you continue to experience issues, you may need to reset your password to gain access.
If your organisation uses usernames rather than email addresses, an Administrator on Access Evo can reset passwords on behalf of users to assist further too.
