Overview
We're pleased to announce Access Messenger version 1.3.2, a focused hotfix release addressing community channel visibility issues that were affecting communication workflows for some customers. This release ensures that all users properly assigned to community groups will now see those communities consistently across both web and mobile platforms.
Improvements
Community Channel Visibility Enhancement
Improved Community Synchronisation – Resolved issues where some users were not appearing in community channels on Access Messenger despite being part of the corresponding community groups. This ensures all team members can participate in operational communications as intended.
Mobile Group Display Enhancement – Addressed cases where certain groups (including "All" groups) were not appearing on the mobile app for users who could see them on the web platform. Mobile and web group visibility are now properly synchronised.
How This Version Will Be Made Available
Customers will automatically receive access to the improvements on the release date, with no action required on your part. The updates will be seamlessly integrated into your existing system.
