Version 1.2.1 introduces new moderation tools, in-app support access, and interface refinements to improve user experience across web and mobile. It also includes backend security improvements and addresses key bugs affecting visibility and functionality.

Users can now view their System Messages via Intercom directly within Messenger (web and mobile), making it easier to keep track of help requests without leaving the app.

Users can flag inappropriate images within chats. Flagged images appear in a moderation queue where Admins can review and take action.

Edit & Delete Messages: Moderators and Admins can now edit or delete user messages from within the Channel Explorer. All changes are logged and permission-based.

The Messenger version number now appears at the bottom of the hamburger menu on mobile, providing easier visibility for users.
