Record and send voice messages directly within chats using GetStream's integrated audio recorder. Users can record, preview, and cancel audio messages before sending, with playback controls for received messages. Perfect for quick communication when typing is inconvenient or when tone and urgency need to be conveyed.

Share essential clinical documents, including PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, and text file,s directly in conversations. Supports file sizes up to 5MB with appropriate file type icons and secure cloud storage. Recipients can download and view shared documents within the chat interface.

Add clarity and emphasis to messages with Bold, Italic, and Strikethrough formatting. Web users can use toolbar buttons (B/I/S) or keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl + B for bold). Mobile users enjoy both toolbar buttons and Markdown shortcuts - simply type **bold**, *italic*, or ~~strikethrough~~ directly in messages for quick formatting.

All Community chats now support threaded conversations by default, helping users follow discussions more easily and respond directly to specific messages without confusion. Click any message to reply in a thread for better conversation organisation.

Administrators can now delete inappropriate messages and conversations directly from the moderation tools, maintaining platform safety and removing harmful content permanently. Includes confirmation prompts and audit logging for compliance.

Enhanced deletion controls for Communities based on group membership and type, providing administrators with more granular control over Community management.

Improved navigation system for mobile applications, providing smoother transitions between conversations and Communities.

Resolved Firefox crash issues and Safari web version support problems for a consistent cross-browser experience.
