There may be times when you need to share a media image or document file securely to someone in a chat. Users can easily share image files and important documents in chat conversations across both mobile app and web versions of Access Messenger. This feature uses secure cloud storage, includes media previews and error handling for unsupported files.

To share a document or image, please follow these steps:
📌 Note: For documents, the maximum file size you can share is 5MB.
Click the attach files
icon.Choose the desired image or document.
A preview of the file appears in the Type your message field. Type a message, if necessary, to send with your file.
Click the send
