This release enhances Access Messenger with a key new feature: geolocation sharing. Users can now send and interact with shared locations within chats, improving real-time collaboration. Additionally, minor UI improvements have been made to enhance usability.

What's new

Access Messenger 1.1.0 introduces geolocation sharing, allowing users to attach their current location to messages and interact with shared locations. This update also includes minor UI enhancements for a more streamlined messaging experience.

New features and enhancements

  • Geolocation Sharing: Users can now send their current location as a message attachment, making it easier to share whereabouts in real time. The location appears as a location message in the chat.

  • View and Interact with Shared Locations: Users receiving geolocation messages can now tap on them to open a new tab with the location direct in google maps.

  • UI Improvements: Minor refinements have been made to improve the overall user experience.


How to access this update

This releases on 3 April 2025 for both desktop and mobile, pending store approval for mobile app.
