To enhance your support experience, we've introduced the Access Digital Assistant, which is designed to provide quick, seamless assistance whenever you need it.

Our dedicated support team remains available for more complex or technical issues.

Use the Access Digital Assistant

For more details on using the Digital Assistant, follow the steps provided.

  1. From Access Messenger, click the Access Digital Assistant Access Digital Assistant icon icon.

  2. Click Ask a question, and type your query. The Digital Assistant will search the knowledge base to return a suitable answer.

  3. Review the answer, then confirm if the answer has answered your question or if you need more help, ask something else.

  4. If you need further support for something more technical, ask to speak to a human.


New support process

We're excited to announce that from 23 February 2026, you'll no longer need to raise a case through the Customer Support Portal. All requests for support and technical queries should be made through the Digital Assistant. You'll be given all the answers to your how to questions, or connected to a support agent for anything that needs more support. For more details, check out our handy help guide.
